  • When you add items to your shopping cart, please see the SHIPPING CALCULATOR at the bottom of the shopping cart page (this calculator will ony show up when items are in your cart). There you can enter your zip code and choose your shipping option - our system will calculate your shipping costs.
  • MyJewelThief.com ships packages inside the United States via the United States Postal Service First Class, Priority and also via UPS Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day Air & 3 Day Select.
  • All orders are shipped from our location in Michigan within 5 to 7 days from the time your order is placed.
  • All USPS shipping costs are based on the amount of your order. See our USPS Shipping Fees Chart below for exact shipping costs.
  • UPS shipments are calculated directly from the UPS Quick Calculator website at www.ups.com
  • Most shipments at MyJewelThief.com leave our warehouse on the next business day, but may take up to 5 to 7 business days from the date the order was placed based on our stock availability. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
  • Next Day, 2nd Day Air & 3 Day Select UPS shipments shipping time will be calculated starting the day we ship the package, not the day the order was placed. Weekends & holidays are not included in the calculated shipping arrival of your package. Please note that shipping costs may vary from your original quote at checkout. We will inform you via email if your shipping charges differ from your confirmation or if your expedited package will take longer to leave our warehouse than normal.
  • We will charge you a $30 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the $30 fee to reroute package.
  • Shipments outside of the 48 continental United States will have calculated shipping at checkout. We ship First Class Only to the following states: AK,AS,CZ,GU,HI,MP,PR,VI,AP,AE, AA,FP. Any other shipment choice will be adjusted to First Class shipping and calculated shipping charges will apply.

Canadian Shipping
  • MyJewelThief.com ships packages to Canada via the United States Postal Service International Air Mail and/or UPS Canadian Standard.
  • All orders are shipped from our location in Michigan.
  • We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any taxes, duties or fees incurred on the delivery end. These charges are the responsibility of the reciever. REFUSED PACKAGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Any costs MyJewelThief must incur for retrieving refused or unpaid packages will be charged directly to purchaser.

  • The prices that we have listed on our website are our lowest at this time. Our prices are wholesale to the public. There is no minimum order requirement. We do send discount coupons to the members of our mailing list. If you would like to join our mailing list, please see the sign up box at the top of this page. We do offer Free Shipping on orders over $200 that choose First Class as their shipping option and are shipped within the 48 Continental United States.

Sales Tax
Michigan state residents are subject to 6% sales tax on all items.
Damages, Returns or Errors in Shipment
  • DAMAGES OR ERRORS IN SHIPMENT:
    • If a damage occurs to your package in transit, you have received a defective item, or an error has been made in your shipment, we will be happy to replace the item for you upon return to us. Please return item to address listed below. You MUST fill our our claims form, which is available at http://store.myjewelthief.net/claimform.html. If package is returned without our claim for, we will be unable to assist you in processing your returned item. We will contact you regarding your issues as quickly as possible. Damages & Errors must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will not accept damage or error returns after 10 days of your receipt of original sale. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box once it returned to us if required. We will then issue you a replacement of equal or comparable value for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise. Items returned to us without the claim form, or outside of the 10 day return allowance will not be refunded, exchanged or returned.
    • At MyJewelthief.com we try very hard to insure the top quality of our merchandise. We do apologize for any damages incurred due to faulty manufacturing or shipping damages and are happy to assist all of our customers in replacing their damaged items.
  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
    • A return is an item that is not damaged, but the customer has decided they do not want. We are happy to exchange any items based on the following rules. We offer store exchange on on returned items only - no refunds will be applied. Merchandise must be returned at the customer's expense in order to receive exchange. Exchanges will be issued ONLY for unopened merchandise returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. No item returns will be accepted after 10 days of your receipt of shipment. Reshipment cost of exchanged product is the responsibity of the purchaser and will be charged to payment method used on original order. Customer may also include alternate payment method with the return items. If items are returned to us after the 10 day period, the items will not be replaced or reshipped. Returned orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee. You MUST fill our our claims form, which is available at http://store.myjewelthief.net/claimform.html. If package is returned without our claim for, we will be unable to assist you in processing your returned item. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CLOSEOUT, SPECIAL ORDER OR SALE ITEMS.

Out of Stock Items & Back Orders
At MyJewelThief.com, we are constantly updating and changing our stock. Most of the items at MyJewelThief.com are available in unlimited quantities and will always be available for purchase. Although every attempt is made to maintain up to date inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this case, we will inform you and let you know that item is out of stock and when it will be re-stocked, either via email or by back-order sheet in your order. If you have specific questions about the stock of an item, please feel free to contact us.
